Leading The Way and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. In addition, Leading The Way is committed to respecting the privacy rights of all visitors to our website. Privacy Policy

What information does Leading The Way collect? 

In order to serve you better, Leading The Way collects and stores your personal information when you create an account, sign up to receive our newsletter, or submit a prayer request. When creating an account, we ask you for your first and last name, your e-mail address, a password, and perhaps some other similar information. If you are placing an order or providing a gift as a partner, we will additionally ask you for your billing address, payment information and if applicable, shipping method.

Our system also may gather information about the areas you visit on our site as well as the IP address you use to connect to our site. We may use this data internally only for two reasons: to personalize your experience on Leading The Way and to prevent fraud on your account. What does Leading The Way do with this personal information?
Your information is used to process your orders, accept partner gifts with the overall aim of ministering to your needs, to support internal needs and to comply with any legal requirements. By storing your personal information on a secure server, Leading The Way is able to shorten your checkout process and allow you to check your order status online.

Does Leading The Way share any information it collects with outside parties?
To the extent that you use electronic wallet technology provided by a portal, such as AOL's Quick Checkout feature or MSN's .NET Passport technology, we may share some of your purchase information with that portal to assist that portal in serving you better. However, rest assured that we would only share that information with the portal you are using and then only to the extent that such portal agreed to protect your private information by adopting a privacy policy at least as stringent as our own. Does Leading The Way safeguard my personal information?
Leading The Way has implemented a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of employees who have special access rights. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information supplied by you is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and securely stored.

Does Leading The Way provide a way to update or remove personal information?
Leading The Way provides a "my account" feature on our website which allows you to modify and/or remove most of your personal information. This page can be accessed by clicking the "my account" button on the "Store" page. Rest assured that all of your information within "my account" is secure and accessible only by you or limited personnel.

How does Leading The Way use my e-mail address?
Your e-mail address is used to create and identify your account on Leading The Way. Your e-mail address is also used by Leading The Way to correspond with you about any orders that you may place or to keep you updated if you sign up to be part of our ministry. We may also use your e-mail address to notify you about important functionality changes to the Web site. If you would rather not receive this information, or would like to opt-out of receiving e-mail of this kind, simply click on the "Unsubscribe" link that appears at the bottom of any email and follow the simple instructions to have your email address removed from the list of friends who receive updates, announcements or notices of new functionality or services. Alternately, if you have created an account with Leading The Way, you can also remove your email address from our list of addresses that receive our newsletter and other messages.

Does Leading The Way use "cookies"?
A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a web site that may be saved on your hard disk by your computer's browser. Alternately, if you have created an account with Leading The Way, you can also remove your email address from our list of addresses that receive our newsletter or other information. by clicking on the "my account" button, logging into your account, clicking on the "edit preferences" button, and making the appropriate change.

Applicable Law

By visiting Leading The Way, you agree that the laws of the state of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Leading The Way or its associates.


Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Leading The Way or to products you purchase through Leading The Way shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Georgia, United States of America, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Leading The Way’s intellectual property rights, Leading The Way may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Georgia, United States of America, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
