Save for Later

Why do the Ten Commandments still matter in an age that claims to have moved beyond them? In this powerful series, Dr. Michael Youssef proclaims that God’s Law is not a relic of the past but a living revelation of His holy character. From idolatry and dishonoring God’s Name to anger, adultery, stealing, lying, and covetousness, each commandment exposes the sin that resides in the human heart. Yet the Law also points us to our only hope—Jesus Christ, the divine Son of God, who fulfilled the Law and offers forgiveness to all who repent and believe. Through Biblical teaching and urgent application, this series calls believers to renewed obedience, deeper holiness, and bold witness in a culture that rejects God’s Truth.

The Ten Commandments (Part 7)

Check Your Anger at the Door

In this piercing message, Dr. Michael Youssef shows that the sixth commandment reaches far beyond outward murder to the hidden anger that festers in the heart. According to the inerrant Word of God, hatred, resentment, and revenge are the roots from which violence grows. Jesus Christ, the divine Son of God, exposes every false excuse and drives us to repentance, for none can stand guiltless apart from His grace. This episode also warns that a culture of death begins when God’s authority over life is rejected. Believers are called to confess sinful anger, submit to God’s Truth, and intercede for their homes and nation, that hearts may be changed before rage bears deadly fruit.
