Save for Later

Why do the Ten Commandments still matter in an age that claims to have moved beyond them? In this powerful series, Dr. Michael Youssef proclaims that God’s Law is not a relic of the past but a living revelation of His holy character. From idolatry and dishonoring God’s Name to anger, adultery, stealing, lying, and covetousness, each commandment exposes the sin that resides in the human heart. Yet the Law also points us to our only hope—Jesus Christ, the divine Son of God, who fulfilled the Law and offers forgiveness to all who repent and believe. Through Biblical teaching and urgent application, this series calls believers to renewed obedience, deeper holiness, and bold witness in a culture that rejects God’s Truth.

The Ten Commandments (Part 3)

Worshipping God the Wrong Way

In this piercing message, Dr. Michael Youssef warns that the second commandment forbids not only false gods, but false worship of the true God. Scripture is clear and inerrant: God must be worshiped on His terms, not through man-made images, traditions, personalities, or possessions. Because the Lord is holy and jealous for His people, He will not share His glory with idols that blind hearts and corrupt generations. This episode calls believers to repent of every substitute that crowds out full devotion to Christ, the divine Son of God, and to seek a spiritual legacy that honors Him. It also summons God’s people to intercede for their children, that they may love the Lord and walk in His Truth.
